If you experience a loss, please contact us so we may help in your time of need.
Your agent can explain the claims process and offer suggestions to help expedite

Note: If you are contacting us during non-business hours, we will contact you on the

In some cases, you may want to contact your insurance company directly. As an
independent agency, we represent many companies, and each company has guidelines
for filing claims. Please consult your policy to be sure you are notifying the
correct company.
ERIE INSURANCE GROUP– Call us during normal business hours to report all claims, or call our office
to leave a voice mail message, unless you have an emergency claim situation.

CUMBERLAND INSURANCE GROUP– If you experience a SIGNIFICANT claim (such as a fire, or extensive water damage)
AFTER normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30), please contact (609) 319-6909. This is an emergency claim reporting number only. For all other inquiries
or claim questions, please contact our office directly. You may call and leave
a voice mail message, or provide preliminary information by clicking here. Remember,
we will respond the next business day.
