About Our Agency
H. T. Brown Insurance Agency was established in 1961 as a service enhancement
for H. T. Brown Real Estate Inc. May 2005 began a new chapter for our agency
as long time manager and agent, Ginger Donohue, purchased the agency. We continue
to operate as H.T. Brown Insurance Agency, however, our new company entity is
Community Insurance Services of Maryland LLC. Although the ownership of the agency
has changed, many of our core business philosophies remain the same. Our goal
is to establish a relationship, a partnership, between our clients, the insurance
company and our agency. Our clients are treated as individuals with a name, not
a policy number. We strive to have one agent service all your needs, starting
with your first contact for a quotation through all the many changes in your life
that require adjustment to your coverages.
Our agency has proudly represented ERIE INSURANCE GROUP, one of the premier insurance
companies in the industry since we opened our doors. As an independent agency,
we also represent many other quality insurance companies and will search to find
the company that most closely meets your insurance and protection needs.

Ginger Donohue - Agency Principal, Business, Personal & Life Agent
Although Ginger Donohue is new to the agency principal role, she is no stranger
to H. T. Brown or insurance. Ginger has been a licensed agent for over 20 years
and joined H. T. Brown Insurance in 1987. She has served many of our clients
over the years, and has worked to build a team of service oriented agents to assist
you. Ginger has been a resident and active community member in the Laurel area
for over 20 years, and can help with your business and personal insurance in addition
to your life and health insurance needs. |

Robin Marley - Agent: Personal Lines
Robin Marley has lived and worked in the Laurel community for almost 30 years.
She became part of the H. T. Brown Insurance team as a licensed agent for Erie
Insurance Group in 1998. Robin would be pleased to offer a competitive quote for

Heather joined the H.T. Brown Insurance Agency in the winter of 2003. She has
lived in the MD Metro Area 26 years and has been a licensed agent since 2001.
Heather strives to meet the insurance needs of clients, and is pleased to offer
auto, home and other personal insurance quotes, providing you with professional,

John Donohue - Business Operations & Residential Inspections
John joined the Agency in early 2005 at the time of the aquisition. He has 20
years experience in the technology/telecom industry responsible for technical
operations. John is responsible for the operational duties within the Agency such
as IT, Accounting, recruiting, advertising and residential inspections. He was
certified as a Home Inspector in 2005 and enjoys helping homeowners identify potential
safety and liability concerns within their home.

William - Agent: Life & Health
Bill joined the H.T. Brown Insurance Agency in November 1999, and was appointed
by Erie Family Life Insurance Company. Bill likes to help our clients make sensible
choices about purchasing life insurance products, and is available evenings or
weekends to meet with you in your home or at our office. We invite you to meet
with Bill to learn how to protect your family against the unexpected and to explore

Kathy - Agent
Kathy joined the H.T. Brown Insurance Agency team as an Administrative Assistant
in March 2002. She became a licensed agent, in January 2004. Kathy is responsible
for reviewing our policyholder accounts prior to renewal. Kathy is currently
reviewing all home policies and may be contacting you soon! |

Joan- Administrative Assistant
Joan joined the company in 2006. She is one of the pleasant voices you will hear
when you call our office. She provides excellent administrative support to everyone
in the office and will be the smiling face to greet you when come in.
